How long does custom printing take?
Turnaround times vary by product. Business cards and flyers typically take 2-3 days, while complex merch can take up to 7 days. You'll see estimated times for each product before ordering.
Do I need to be a designer to order prints?
Not at all! You can use our templates, upload your own artwork, or chat with us on WhatsApp if you need design assistance.
How does delivery work?
We deliver anywhere in Nigeria using our logistics partners. Same-day delivery is available for certain Ready-to-Wear items in Lagos.
Can I return a printed item?
Because custom prints are made specifically for you using your uploaded files, we cannot accept returns unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. Please double-check your proofs before confirming your order!
